Canadian & Foreign Amazon.com Sellers: Setting up your bank correctly! Receive USD with NO Fees!

IMPORTANT: If you are selling in the United States as a Canadian or foreign Amazon seller, make sure you set up your bank correctly to avoid being charged additional fees!

Payoneer (what I use):

Your options:
1) Open a US bank physically located in the USA - you may have to physically travel to a US branch to open an account.

2) Open a cross-border bank account (Canadians) - You will have to pay monthly fees for a business account

3) Open an 'online' bank' that will give you a US address - Easy to open, and will give you access to a USD checking with a valid account # and routing #.

If you use a Canadian USD account, Amazon will convert your payment from USD to CAD, then your bank will convert the payment from CAD to USD, you will receive double the fees!!! Make sure you watch the video in full to understand how to set your bank correctly.

If you're jumping into this marketplace, make sure to spend some time to set up your bank properly so that you can receive USD without being charged double conversion fees! This is something that's often overlooked by new Sellers.
