🚐 Full Tour of a 2011 Stella Daybreak Static Caravan – Priced at £24,495

Today I’m taking you around a 2-bedroom Stella Daybreak from 2011 that’s currently up for sale at £24,495. At first glance, it’s a tidy van with double glazing, central heating, and a spacious layout — but is it really worth the asking price in 2025?

As I looked a bit closer, I noticed a few things that raised questions — including a hole in the floor that caught me by surprise during filming. (Update: I’ve since found out this was where an air conditioning unit used to be fitted, so it’s not damage — just a leftover fitting.) Still, there are other bits of wear and tear, and I’m not convinced it should carry such a high price tag without a bit of work.

Inside, the layout is fairly standard for this model, with an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining space, plus a master bedroom and a compact twin. There’s a decent bathroom and storage too — but compared to what else is on the market for similar money, I’ve got some thoughts to share.
