Crossing Into Wales - Episode 14: South Wales Trip

Welcome to the latest episode of Every Platform! In this episode, I visited South Wales for the latest part of my challenge. This is an area of the UK I have not been back to in a long time so was well worth a visit back to. For this day, I used a Cardiff & Valleys Rover ticket to get me around the several places we went to.

The day out itself was fantastic! The weather held out for the most part and a lot of varied traction and liveries turned up. Unfortunately, no 769s appeared in service on this video as when I went, none were out running (just my luck!), however 170s were out and I needed to try out a TfW one so at least there was some form of silver lining! It was great to explore the areas of South Wales that I did, I mostly focused around the Cardiff area for this one but for the future, I shall verge further in and see what else there is to offer!
