I'm trying out the new snow track in Gran Turismo 7. It's a Canadian track called Lake Louise and it's part of the 1.40 update to GT7. It's the first snow track added to the game (at least to my knowledge). I did two races, one with a truck and one with an old impreza. And yes, I'm an aggressive driver. ;) Enjoy!
