சரஸ்வதி பூஜை பொங்கல், கடலை, அவல் || MY FIRST VIDEO!!! Saraswathi Poojai Pongal, Aval & Chickpeas

Hi guys welcome to my First Video on the Gowri Ruban Samayal channel. Today I will be showing you what I made for Saraswathi Poojai. I made a simple Pongal, Aval & Chickpeas. It was great, hopefully you all had an amazing Saraswathi Poojai :)

Pongal ingredients:
Red rice - 2 cups
Mung dal - 1 cup
Jaggery - ½ KG
Some salt
Coconut milk
Some ghee
Dates - 1 handful
Cashew nuts - 1 handful
Some raisins
Some cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Aval ingredients:
Aval - 1 cup
Some desiccated coconut
Some jaggery

Chickpeas ingredients:
Coconut oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Some ginger
Dried red chillies - 4
Small red onions - 2
Some salt
Some curry leaves
