The Loop Rake Scarifier Weeder is a gardening implement specifically designed for the removal of unwanted vegetation around garden plants. Its unique design enables the gardener to maintain an upright position during weeding operation. It is suited to all avid gardeners including people with back problems or disabilities. Unlike any other gardening tool on the market, the Loop Tool’s revolutionary design with its sharp cutting edges moves like a rake but works like a hoe. The Loop Tool’s pull/push motion enables the gardener to leave the tool resting on the ground while removing weeds from the roots, unlike the classic hoe or rake design where the heavy tool needs to be constantly lifted from the ground.
The tool conserves moisture in the soil and around the plants by eradicating weeds without upsetting the top layer of the soil. This is achieved by the base of the loops pulling weeds from the roots below as the top layer of the soil passes through the open loops above.
