NEGLECTED For Years CAT 613C Scraper WILL IT RUN?.

Hey everyone. Here's a video on a 613C that has been sitting not running for a few years. In this video we will get it out and get it running. They don't make these little scrapers anymore but I've always liked them. With a 3116 and a power shift transmission there smaller size makes them very useful.
