Viral Cranberries
3 cups of fresh cranberries
2 cups 7Up
1.5 cups Pineapple Orange Juice
2 cups of powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 200° .
Rinse cranberries and remove any mushy berries. Soak cranberries in 7Up and juice mixture for one hour. Strain cranberries after soaking. Either reuse your mixing bowl or grab a gallon sized ziplock bag to shake and coat the cranberries in the powdered sugar. Once they are coated with powdered sugar, transfer to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 200°F for 5 minutes, MAX. Remove from oven, let cool. I store mine in the fridge to keep them crisp. Serve as an appetizer, snack or dessert at your next Christmas gathering. ❤️🎄❤️
