GUIDED MEDITATION with Nature Sound & Visualisation ☀️💚 Help to RELAX and CONNECT yourself

Hello beautiful humans and welcome 🙏😁

Your journey in the wild nature is starting now.
So take your time, relax and enjoy every part of if.

I've created this meditation with different sound recordings I took during my trips and combined it with meditative music.
My guidance is combined with visualization and will take you to a walk in nature. You will explore the sensations, imagination and find yourself in a deep relaxation mode.

The aim of this guided meditation is to help you to connect nature and your inner self in the present moment. Nature always heal me and when I want to relax or shift my energy, I go outside for a walk in the forest or the beach. I wanted to create this meditation for everyone that can't go outside right now but still want to feel the benefit of being outside in the wild. To be inspired by the sounds of mature, the colors and beauty of it, in all dimensions.

Surrender the experience and allow yourself to release anything that doesn't serve you anymore. Trust yourself that you are exactly where you are supposed to be 😊

** To enhance the experience: I recommend you to do this meditation during a cold shower with - low water pressure - It will allow you to really feel like you are under a refreshing waterfall in the wild…
