FN Big Series Taiwan Tuna Knives: FN Big G-5, FN Big 1000, FN Big 1400, FN Big 1500, FN Big 1600

The FN Big series fish knives are a collaboration between Jende Industries and famed knife maker Master Kuo. Sometimes bigger is badder, and these are pretty seriously large blades aimed at larger fish like Tuna, Mahi, Swordfish, and even Grouper. These knives are literal zippers when it comes to cutting and breaking down fish, and are hand forged from spring steel with a hardness of RC 60-61. The 5 current sizes are the FN Big G-5, FN Big 1000, FN Big 1400, FN Big 1500, FN Big 1600 and are numbered for their weights in grams, so each knife weighs in at over 1KG.
