Side lateral raises are one of the best exercises for building cannonball-sized delts are a mandatory medial deltoid exercise for any natural athlete seeking to develop their shoulders and a key part of my Naturally Intense High Intensity Training.
In this video, I go over some of the key reasons why every natural bodybuilder and anyone training naturally needs to include side lateral raises in their exercise repertoire, as well as how important they are for building your medial deltoids to achieve that capped shoulder look.
