🍪 Homemade Graham Cracker Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cream 1 cup butter, ¾ cup brown sugar, and ½ cup sugar, then add in 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla.
In separate bowl whisk 1¾ cups flour, 1 cup crushed graham crackers, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt.
Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix just until combined.
Fold in 2 cups chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto parchment-lined sheet & bake at 350°F for 9–11 min.
Makes 38 cookies.
💡Tip: Freeze dough balls to bake fresh anytime — add 1–2 min to bake time if frozen!
