Hi guys! Oh, today I had a "hot" night. I could not fall asleep until 5 a.m. 😔 I was constantly tossing in bed, overcome by anxiety attacks 😭. At 3 a.m. the sun began to rise, the birds began to sing, and I just began to cry. I have problems falling asleep since childhood and when I can’t fall asleep for a very long time, I just start to cry. I'm not crazy :( I hope that I’m not the only one and someone will understand me.
I tried to count to 100, but I could not concentrate, I went to play with my rats and it really calmed me, but they should not be taken with you to bed. No, it’s possible, but they’ll lie down for 5 minutes, they will shit everywhere and run away (they are nocturnal animals) 😅 Or I’ll just crush them by accident😔
So I went back to bed and started looking for sleep music on YouTube, but it didn’t work. The only thing that helped me was asmr. Oh, how good it is that there are long asmr videos, only thanks to them I was able to calm down and fall asleep.
Therefore, I decided that I would not cut this video, suddenly it will get to someone tonight and help to fall asleep.
