10 Self-Care Strategies for Family Scapegoats

Self-Care, self-compassion, and self-love are CRITICAL aspects of recovering from any form of abuse. Dysfunctional and Narcissistic Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) can be extraordinarily subtle and insidious at times, making it difficult to recognize when the abuse is occurring and equally difficult to set boundaries with those who are causing you harm.
