With hundreds of thousands of arrivals from Myanmar crowding into southeast Bangladesh, refugees are forced to improvise shelter as best they can. UNHCR is delivering tarpaulins to many, and the lucky ones have built sturdier structures to withstand the seasonal rains. But the needs are far greater than the emergency aid available.
