One of the first questions I always get when we talk about bike companies failing in the post COVID era is "how did they not see this coming?". With companies like Revel Bikes, Guerrilla Gravity, Kona Bikes, Rocky Mountain Bikes, GT Bikes and others all struggling, filing for bankruptcy, and outright closing their doors...the question is...how did they get here. Today we are going into the exact reason these bike companies are failing and how they did not either see it coming...or got themselves into a mess they can't get out of.
