Looking for a fun Friday-night dinner for your family? Try a fish fry! It's faster and easier to do than you might think. You'll need to coat 1 1/2 pounds of firm white fish, such as cod or haddock, with a fish-and-chips-like batter made with all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and beer. After a short seven minutes, you'll be rewarded with warm, perfectly crisped fish that's tastier than anything that you could ever buy in the freezer aisle.
