This time, I worked at a popular Japanese café called Komeda Coffee.
For breakfast, I made pizza toast.

【Pizza toast】
⚪︎Ingredients (for one person)
・1 slice of bread　
・Mayonnaise (as needed)
・Ketchup (as needed)
・2 slices of bacon
・Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
・1 slice of cheese

⚪︎How to make
1. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on bread
2. Place bacon, komatsuna, and sliced ​​cheese
3. Bake in a toaster
*The sliced ​​cheese was hard to melt, so I warmed it up in the microwave for 1.5 minutes before baking.
