勝利新村位於屏東縣屏東市
為日遺官舍改建的眷村聚落
其建築興建於
台灣日治時期1937年（日昭和13年）
原為屏東飛行場日本陸軍崇蘭官舍
後來戰後接收作為軍官眷舍
於2007年與鄰近的崇仁新村（成功區）
公告為歷史建築
崇蘭陸軍官舍建築群在1947年由
孫立人將軍接收
作為陸軍將領的官舍
2018正名為「勝利星村創意生活園區V.I.P Zone」
「星」意旨:
承將軍居住之地之先，啟培養明日之星之後
為新式眷村體驗基地
亦為屏東之櫥窗,展現過去的歷史記憶
空間與現代生活融匯
造就了獨樹一格的「勝利星村生活風格」

Shengli New Village is located in Pingtung City, Pingtung County
A military community settlement converted into a Japanese-relict official residence
Its building was built in
Taiwan was under Japanese occupation in 1937 (Japanese Showa 13th year)
It was originally the Chonglan official residence of the Japanese Army at Pingtung Airfield.
Later, it was taken over as an officer's residence after the war.
In 2007, it merged with the neighboring Chongren New Village (Chenggong District)
