Performing an iOS downgrade on an iPad Mini 2nd Gen, running iOS 12.5.7 to 10.3.3.
Using this tool you may also downgrade to iOS 10.3.3 on the iPhone 5s and iPad Air (1st gen, I believe), as well as downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 on the iPhone 5 and iPad 4.
