Tagliamento, King of the Alpine Rivers - A Kayak Trip

3 day kayak trip on the Tagliamento with a Gumotex Swing 2 in June 2019.

Day 1: 26.4 km
Day 2: 31 km
Day 3: 19 km

We travelled by car from Germany to Venzone where we have parked directly at our starting point. From Latisana you can get back to Venzone by train.

Water level in Venzone (https://monitor.protezionecivile.fvg....) in detail (situation 2019):
Day 1: 0,31 m - 0,36 m
Day 2: 0,27 m - 0,33 m
Day 3: 0,27 m - 0,32 m

The minimum water level has changed to 0,4 m in Venzone or higher. Momo, Roga, Gery et al.
had on the 19.06.2021 (Venzone 0,31 - 0,35 m) such a low water level that the river was not runable anymore a few km upstream from Codroipo to Madrisio.
