Today I'm making my 'Kelley Scones' or my go-to scone recipe. They are about as easy as a scone comes in terms of ingredients, can't be over mixed, and you can change the flavor, the add-ins and the topping to make them your own, they also will last 3 months in the freezer which is where I store mine - a perfect easy breakfast.
