Step 1: Open MyJio app
Step 2: Go to search tab
Step 3: Type “DnD” on the search tab
Step 4: Tap on “Do not disturb (DND)” option in search result
Step 5: Go to “Set preferences” and Tap on ‘De-registration from DND”
Step 6: Tap on “Save” to proceed
Step 7: Confirmation SMS will be sent to your number and request is processed within 24 hours
