This is the 1st video of ‘What my 7 month old baby eats in a day’!
This video shows you what my baby eats in a day including her feeding schedule (Meal Plan) and breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. She is eating a combination of finger food and mashed food at this stage. When she turned 7 months I started offering her a wide range of foods, including things with a stronger flavour, like broccoli, spinach and mild curry. She also started feeding herself too. Breastmilk is still her main source of nutrition, but she drinks less milk than before because she is now eating three small meals a day.
