Ingredients needed
Mutton 1 kg

For marination:
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1+1/2 teaspoon
Curd 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon

For masala :
Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
Cumin 2 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick 1 piece
Cloves 4
Cardamom 1
Dry red chillies 7
Oil 2 teaspoon
Onion 200gm
Tomato 1 big size

For making kulambu
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Curry leaves few
1 big onion chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Water
Salt
1 handful chopped Coriander leaves
