LR4 Beta vs. Aluminium (8.2mm DOC Trochoidal!)

The LR4 Beta is being used to cut the RC2 side plates in aluminium. I am going to try (and fail) going 1800mm/min with a 6mm 2-flute endmill at 8.2mm DOC and 10% stepover. But in the end it is still incredible in aluminium, even more rigid than my Primo was.
This is a full-span machine with a 1400mm wide gantry!!! With a smaller LR4, I am pretty sure the flex would not be there! Also, the cut was done right in the middle of the gantry. If I had wanted to eliminate the flex as much as possible, I would have cut it at XMin.
I really tried to find the limits of the LR4, in the end I was going 8.2mm DOC trochoidal, 1000mm/min, 7% stepover with 6mm 2-flute endmill. You can see that it does flex in the Y direction, but barely. I would not have tried those cuts with the LR3, using the Primo I made a similar cut with 10mm DOC and 900mm/min and it did flex a lot more. The rails I am using on the LR$ are 32mm with 3mm walls.

14:00 - 6mm 2-flute endmill, 8.2mm DOC, 1000mm/min trochoidal, 7% stepover.
20:12 - A tiny bit of flex.
