Billy The Artist returns for a second round of true Son of Sam history.
As we remember, Billy was Maury's "crucial" "eyewitness" to "Son of Sam Cult Activity" in Untermyer Park. According to Maury, he hung out with and sketched the main players of the "Son of Sam Cult." And they even tried to "recruit him" into the "cult!"
But as we learned in Part I, aaaaaand as we unquestionably proved, Billy's sketches were copied out of comic books. And Maury paid him money for his false testimony, which Billy fully admitted to.
In other words, Billy's story to Maury was all lies. Maury put these lies in his book and said they were true. So Maury was either a liar himself or at best he was the shittiest vetter of information on planet Earth.
In part II we deal with some loose ends from Part I and discuss three new drawings that Maury attributed to Billy about even MORE "cultists."
