This is my family's favorite recipe, very creamy and crisp cafe style sandwich which taste amazing and that is why its loved by all.
Ingredients:-
For White Sauce:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Cheese Cube
For Sandwich Stuffing:
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Oil
1 Onion
1 Cup Chopped Capsicum
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilly Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup Crushed Sweet Corn
Salt to Taste
2 Basil Leaves
White Sauce
To Assemble:
Bread Slices
Butter
You can make this sandwich in Griller or on tawa or in OTG as well. Do give it a try and I am sure you will end up loving it completely.
