To place 12 lead ECG, you'll need the following: 10 electrodes, abrasive tape, alcohol prep, and trimmers if excessive hair is present.

Perform hand hygiene and follow your facilities protocols for 12 lead ecg/ekg placement.

You'll be placing electrodes on the chest region, as well as the limbs: V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6, right arm, right leg, left arm, and left leg.
