“Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time & chance happen to them all.”✨


✨Ephesians 6:10-17:

“Finally, be strong in the Lord & in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh & blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world & against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, & after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, & with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”✨

✨Romans 1:28-31:

“Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed & depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit & malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant & boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.”✨

✨Revelation 3:15-16:

“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of my mouth.”✨

✨Daniel 3:16-28:

“Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, & he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego, & his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual & commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego & throw them into the blazing furnace. So these men, wearing their robes, trousers, turbans & other clothes, were bound & thrown into the blazing furnace. The king’s command was so urgent & the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego, & these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.

Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement & asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up & threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”
He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound & unharmed, & the fourth looks like the Son of God.”

Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace & shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!”
So Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego came out of the fire, & the satraps, prefects, governors & royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, & there was no smell of fire on them.

Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego, who has sent his angel & rescued his servants! They trusted in him & defied the king’s command & were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. ✨

✨2 Corinthians 12:7-10:

“Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” ✨
