If you have spent anytime on the beach and know the struggle of pulling everything from fishing gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, tackle boxes, coolers and so on can really weigh your cart down.
Pulling through soft sand can really be a stress on your body and tire you out before even getting to enjoy the beach. A factory cart will get you there but not with much ease.
In this video, I install a custom 2 inch lift kit, Benjamin's XL Lunar Wheel and Axle kit. This will help move the cart easier through the sand and allow for less friction when pulling the cart up and down dunes and though powder beach sand.
All materials can be sourced locally. You will need for this particular Big Kahuna cart the following items:
2x4 Aluminum Tubing (15 inches total) Cut into two pieces
1-Aluminum Welder (Or hire like I did)
1- Benjamin XL Lunar Wheel and Axle Kit
1 -4 pound hammer
A few days to put it all together and enjoy your work after your done!
