Full match video of the 2025 IPSC Australia National Handgun Championships hosted by Townsville Pistol Club from August 15 to 17.

Not my best performance having finished 4th overall at 92 percent. I know I could have done better but will take this as a learning experience for future upcoming matches.

One major problem was the magazine inadvertently releasing due to support hand thumb contacting the extended magazine release button. This occurred on two large stages resulting in a lot of points lost. The magazine button was loose causing it to rotate. I had used purple loctite on the screw which may have worked it self loose overtime and just so happened to fail at the nationals.

I was using an STI matchmaster chambered in 38 supercomp which ran sweet with zero malfunctions throughout the whole match.
