Well, I finally got my 10 lug 22" milled Accuride dually wheels to ride smoothly. I've been chasing this issue for months. I did try and warranty the tires but I ran into issues finding a shop that would deal with them to diagnose the issue to satisfy the warranty claim. This was the best option I had to fix the out of round issue with them. Hope you guys don't have to resort to this, but if so, it does work, but make sure you've explored other options first.
