This intermediate to advanced level class will prepare the body for pistol squat, the transition from Chapasana to Dancer, and Hanumanasana (the front splits). We will work on lengthening and strengthening the hamstrings, glutes, quads, hip flexors, and core.
As always, listen to your body, use blocks as needed, and never push past your comfort levels :)
