Ingredients and its quantity required for Kadai Paneer in Tamil | Kadai Paneer Recipe in Tamil | Kadai Paneer Gravy | Kadai Paneer | Kadai Paneer Gravy Recipe in Tamil:-

For Roasting Kadai Masala :-
Coriander Seed 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed 2 tsp
Pepper Corn 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli 2 No

For Roasting Kadai Masala Paste :-
Oil 30 ml
Onion 250 gm
Tomato 250 gm
Ginger 15 gm
Garlic 5 to 6 cloves
Cashew 5 to 6 No

For Final Preparation of Kadai Paneer :-
Butter 2 tbsp
Bayleaf 1 No
Green Cardamom 2 No
Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi 1/2 tsp + 2 tsp
Cream 2 tsp
