I don't know if anyone made it here... hi.
I wanted to include the article that I read that kind of made everything click for me and from there I kind of understood what my problem was and what I wanted to do next to work on it. (It's just an article though so obviously take it with a grain of salt and not everything will apply and it might not resonate with everyone - if anyone).
I know I talked about it in the video but I really want to thank you for being there for my birthday. Because this person was such a big part of my life and not talking to them on my birthday I thought I would feel this empty void. But thankfully I had you guys. I really can't even explain in words what you guys did for me by even simply wishing me a happy birthday. I love you so so much.
