Besan ladoo is a popular Indian sweet made of besan, powder sugar and ghee
Its a instant version of besan laddo
First we made a dough of besan and milk than make small flat balls out of it than its deep fry
,after than we grind it into powder .
Than ghee is added accordingly to make ladoo.
Besan -2 cup
Powder sugar- 1 c
Illach pd
Ghee as required

method
take a bowl add besan,1 spoon ghee add water and make tight dough
make small flat balls and deep fry it
cut into pieces and cool it
grind in mixe
