Datsun 280z Brake Restoration: Saving Money, Parking Brake Lever, and Where to Find Parts

My goals with the first stage of this build are simple: have a fun and reliable car on the cheap. As it sits, the car has no braking power and we need to address that first. In the last video, we got everything off of the car, inspected, and ordered any additional parts. In this video, I briefly go over the restoration of the front and rear brake parts I could reuse and how I cleaned them (Metal Rescue, well, to the rescue!), show you which parts were replaced with new, and provide some thoughts on where to find parts if you are tackling this project on your S30 Z.

Also, I could not find much info online on the 280z parking brake lever mechanism that connects the hand brake cable to the rear drum brakes. Check out the timestamps if that is what you came to this video for. Note the 280z parking brake lever is different than the 240z or 260z. The 240z version is simpler and easier to find replacements.
