My first idea is this:
Use Facebook Marketplace. This is a free service that allows you to sell items to people near you. The only way to make money is selling a product. If you have a product, using a platform (where people already are) makes sense.
Once the Ad is created you can focus on supply and demand, pricing strategies, cost savings, building inventory, and any other creative ideas.
There is so much that can go into this, so don't sleep on the simple ideas. I also cover my realization that Business Owners have a duty of Honesty toward their customers, & how I try to follow that in my own Sales Journey.
