历经百年传承四代的天津杜称奇小吃店始创于1918年,梅兰芳大师曾来天津品尝后大加赞赏,并派人送去锦旗。2009年杜称奇小吃店被评为津门老字号,2012年更是被评为中华老字号。
杜称奇小吃店以馅火烧和烧饼为主打,如今光馅火烧就有15种,其中豆沙、咸甜、五仁、什锦、红果、牛肉这6种馅都是该店自己制作的。馅火烧需要的原料无非就是面和馅,可该店火烧的味道和口感却十分独特,因此传承百年,其中的奥妙就是该店始终使用传统工艺进行制作。
The Tianjin Du Chengqi snack bar, which has been passed down for four generations over a century, was founded in 1918. Master Mei Lanfang once came to Tianjin to taste it and praised it and sent someone to send the banner. In 2009, Du Chengqi snack bar was named Jinmen time-honored brand, and in 2012 it was named China time-honored brand.
Du Chengqi’s snack bar focuses on filling fire and sesame seeds. Today, there are 15 kinds of light filling fire. Among them, the 6 kinds of fillings of red bean paste, salty sweet, five kernels, assorted vegetables, red fruit and beef are all made by the store itself. The raw materials for filling fire are nothing more than noodles and fillings, but the taste and texture of the fire in this shop is very unique, so it has been passed down for a hundred years, and the secret is that the shop always uses traditional crafts to make.
