Conceived as a home that embraces the eastern light, the design unfolds through a series of receding terraces that draw daylight deep into every space. Timber louvers veil portions of the framed façade, offering a balance between privacy and a dynamic play of light and shadow.

The approach sequence begins through a landscaped front court on the east—stepping stones glide alongside a cascading water wall, guiding one toward the main door and into a double-height living space. At the core of the residence lies a serene Puja room, spatially intimate yet visually connected to the open kitchen and dining zones.

Five spacious bedrooms, each with its own identity, feature generous wardrobes and marble-clad bathrooms that celebrate quiet luxury and personal comfort. Leisure and wellness find expression in the gym, spa, and family terrace—complete with a pizza oven and bar lounge for social gatherings or tranquil reflection.

Three levels of terraces establish a rich dialogue between indoors and outdoors, framing views of the lush landscape while maintaining privacy from the street. A refined material palette of natural marble, teak, rough-cut stone, and soft textiles weaves a tactile warmth through the home. Meticulous detailing ensures that every corner resonates with understated elegance and effortless luxury.
