More than 118,000 workers in U.S. tech companies have been laid off so far in 2023, according to a Crunchbase News tally. That number includes the recent layoffs through 3/25.

The biggest job cuts have been in product, operations, sales and recruiting. This includes Google, Amazon, and Meta's major layoffs.

Job openings for HR professionals increased 130% during the pandemic. They've now dwindled more than 40% (Dec 2022 data).

Recruiting Coordinators saw a big hit in unemployment in early 2020, and again in 2022/23.

The market will bounce back, and too many have lost too much time growing in their careers. 👈👈👈

To qualify, you must:
✅Have been in a Recruiting Coordinator role (or similar) for at least a year
✅Have experienced being apart of a RIF/layoff in 2022/23
✅Not have been in a Recruiter/Sourcer/Manager role before
