There are some sustainable swaps that I love, some zero waste items I don't love so much and a few I regret buying. I hope you find this video helpful and don't make the same mistakes as I did! I also show you a zero waste grocery haul and explain why I bought the things I did. I try to keep my bag as minimalist as possible, whilst also ensuring I have every sustainable essential I need on the go.
