"I was the Queen of self-sabotage. I hit my 30s lost, and backed into a corner mentally, physically and emotionally. The only way out was to admit I didn’t have all the answers, wipe the slate clean and start looking at the world through other people’s eyes. That’s how my show was born. Every week I chat to incredible guests from around the world. They share their stories, without sugar-coating the failures, so you can become the best version of yourself."
