Tesla FSD V13 is Not Ready

We’re currently driving a 2020 Tesla Model 3 with HW3, still running FSD Beta V12.6. In this video, we take a closer look at the refreshed Model 3 (aka “Highland”) equipped with HW4 and FSD V13 to see if it’s finally worth the upgrade.
