Ginger – a small piece
Cashews – 10–12 pieces
Ghee / Oil – as required
Fresh Malai – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Water – as needed
🌶️ Spices (Masale with Quantity)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp (for colour)
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp (or to taste)
Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Sugar – a pinch (to balance flavours)

Jeera Rice
