IDENTITY - EXHIBITION OF MINI BOLLARDS

During Term 1, students from Year 1 - 6 embarked on an artistic journey to create an artwork to reflect their own identity.

Students were introduced to the famous bayside bollards of Geelong artist Jan Mitchell, before creating their own ‘miniature bollards’ .

Starting with only 3 tin cans, the students were led through a several week process of construction, paper mache, painting and decorating to produce a wonderful miniature bollard, now on display.

The exhibition displays over 300 artworks created by the students of Nazareth catholic Primary School.
