Ingredients:-
Mango Salad :- 1 large mango not too ripe, 200 grams of pineapple chunks, 1small cucumber, Half red, green bell pepper, 1 medium size onion, ginger juliennes, Carrots and fresh coriander parsley..{ chop the veggies and shown in video}
Dressing Ingredients :-
1tablespoon of rooh afza
2 teaspoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice and some mint
6 to 7 chunks of pineapple as shown in video
some salt according to your taste
some Italian seasoning and chilli flakes
Refreshing fruit Mojito[Drink] Ingredients:-
1 Kiwi
2 slices of mango
10 to 15 chunks of pineapple
2 slices of watermelon
4 tablespoon of Rooh afza
1 inch cube of ginger, some mint and bit of salt according to your taste.. blend it and serve with any carbonated drink..
