Sailing to Andros, Greece, we expected wild winds — but instead we motored across glassy seas through one of the windiest passages in the Aegean. Along the way, we explore abandoned villages, ancient stone bridges, crystal clear beaches like Tis Grias to Pidima, and mysterious caves hidden along the coast.
We discover terraced hillsides built thousands of years ago, avoid venomous vipers, and even stumble across a tiny octopus living just feet from our anchor that gave a unique insight to octopus life. This is a poetic and rugged look at a Greek island rarely shown in this light — full of magic, mystery, and beauty.
