Arabic recipe: • balady bread عيش بلدي مصري بالردة
recipe:
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
-1/4 cup warm water
2 cups of bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp salt
1 cup of warm water (the amount of water depends on the type of flour, start gradually until the dough comes together and leaves the sides of the mixer)
